ABL is at the forefront in the design and manufacture of heatsinks and now supplies, from stock, many of the electronics industry's most widely specified components from its modern facilities. At ABL we offer a broad range of standard extruded heatsinks, ranging in size and thermal performance that have benefitted from continuous development. Our products offer customers the design flexibility they need for today's demanding systems ensuring that ABL is the first choice for designers of electronic systems with thermal management requirements.

If a standard heatsink profile is not available we use our extensive experience of aluminium extrusion and working with customers to create a customised heatsink that is both thermally efficient and cost effective.

To supplement our extruded heatsinks range we also offer board and surface mount heatsinks suitable for standard electronic packages such as TO220, TO218, TO3, etc. Our extensive supply of accessories including clips & pins are designed to enable effective and efficient assembly.

A range of BGA heatsinks is to be launched later in 2010. Please contact ABL with your specific requirements. Some BGA heatsinks will be available prior to formal launch

ABL benefits from having all manufacturing and finishing processes in-house under one roof and as a result can offer fast and flexible service to its customers. This compares markedly with much of the heatsink supply chain which imports and distributes heatsinks but suffers from a distinct lack of flexibility and ability to respond quickly. This allows our customers to hold much lower heatsink inventory levels because we can respond quickly and reliably to short lead time requirements.
